Emile van Reydt
Emile van Reydt practices criminal defense law since 2011. He represents natural persons as well as companies and their administrators. He adheres to the principles of expertise, thoroughness and he is result oriented.
Emile focuses on providing legal assistance in complicated (international) cases involving fraud, money laundering and procedures regarding confiscation of criminally obtained assets. He furthermore has extensive experience in cases pertaining to trafficking, importing and exporting as well as trade of narcotics. Emile also offers legal assistance to victims and aggrieved parties in cases where the Public Prosecution Service declines prosecution, in order to challenge that decision in court (so-called “Article 12 Sv-procedures”).
Emile graduated law school cum laude at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and obtained his post-degree specialism in criminal law at the University of Utrecht in 2017.

Tim Vis
Tim Vis practices criminal defense law since 2011. He represents adults and minors, as well as companies, organisations and other legal persons. He is known for his expertise, tenacity and creativity in his legal work.
Tim has specialized in the law regarding euthanasia and assisted suicide, as well as legal assistance to juvenile and adolescent suspects and has many experience in cases regarding cannabis and the Dutch tolerance policy. Furthermore, his expertise covers legal assistance in cases regarding organized crime, fraud and money laundering. Tim also represents clients in disciplinary proceedings, as well as administrative enforcement.
Tim graduated law school in an honours-programme, and holds degrees in both Dutch criminal law (LL.M cum laude) and International Criminal Law, having graduated at the Amsterdam Law School (UvA ALS) as well as Columbia University (New York, USA). In 2017 he obtained his post-degree specialism in criminal law at the University of Utrecht.
Next to his practice, Tim gives guest lectures, coaches in law trial competitions and has experience in public speaking at and moderating for events, for universities, companies and (semi-)public organizations. Please contact him for more information.

Dané Kisteman
Dané Kisteman practices criminal defense law since 2020. She mostly represents clients in general criminal cases, but is also involved in the defense of legal persons and their administrators. She is keen, persistent and devoted to her cases and clients.
Floor Scheeren
Floor Scheeren has been a criminal defense lawyer since 2025. She primarily focuses on assisting in general criminal cases. Floor is a committed, driven, and determined attorney.
During her studies, Floor worked as a court clerk at the Gelderland District Court, interned at the Arnhem-Leeuwarden Regional Public Prosecutor’s Office, and at a renowned law firm. These diverse experiences taught her to approach criminal cases from different perspectives. After completing her Master’s degree in Dutch Law (specializing in Criminal Law) with honors at Radboud University Nijmegen in 2022, she worked for three and a half years as a senior judicial clerk at the Amsterdam District Court, Criminal Division. In this role, she was involved in preparing criminal cases, participating in deliberations in chambers, and drafting judgments. Through intensive collaboration with judges, she has gained a good understanding of how judges assess criminal cases.
